the elan sofa series designed by jasper morrison for cappellini in 1999.
these modular seating elements are available in free standing 2, 3 or 4 cushion versions as well as an array of modular configurations. elan is constructed of a steel and wood frame with elastic belts and multi-density polyurethane foam padded upholstery. the seat cushions are available in feather or polyurethane foam. the removable covers are available in a choice of fabrics or leathers. cappellini uses only the finest materials and superior craftsmanship.

cleaning is a simple process as the external cover is easily removable and replaceable. spare covers are available in case of accidental damage to the originals or can be ordered in a choice of different colors and fabrics for a little variety or occasional change in decor.
