There are two events in the history of the universe that have unleashed massive amounts of energy. The first was the Big Bang. And the second was the rift that split the peaceful Nynjate community into the fiercely battling Ninjas and Pirates we know today. The energy created by this rift has been drifting around the planet, fueling both sides of this greatest of struggles. What the winner will gain, we do not know.
